Therapy Discoveries and Speech & Language Rehabilitation Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our established pediatric therapy team in Wallace

We have proudly served our community for over 30 years and recently expanded into a larger, updated clinic at 112 Medical Village Drive, Suite A, Wallace, NC. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and supportive administrative staff.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. This is an in-office pediatric therapy role with no travel required. If you are looking for a stable practice with strong referrals, full caseload potential, and a positive team culture, we would love to hear from you.

  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active North Carolina COTA license, or eligibility for licensure
  • Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Passion for working with pediatric clients
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Provide high-quality pediatric occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Assist children in developing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skills
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with supervising therapists and families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
