Spavia Day Spa Overland Park is now hiring talented, passionate Massage Therapists to join our growing team.

Located at the new Boundary at Bluhawk Shopping Center in Overland Park, Kansas, Spavia is a luxury day spa dedicated to helping guests Relax, Recenter, and Renew. We're building an exceptional team and are looking for caring, talented Massage Therapists who want to grow with us.

Providing exceptional massage therapy!

We know compensation matters.

• Average pay per 60-minute massage: $52-$62, including gratuity
• Up to $80 for advanced 80-100-minute treatments
• Enhancement compensation, Retail sales opportunities, and Bonuses
• Repeat guests and loyal members

Experienced therapists working approximately 30 hours per week with an 80% booked schedule may earn $70,000-$75,000+ annually (Compensation is based on experience).

This is a W-2 position, so you can focus on your guests while we support the business behind the scenes.

We help keep your schedule full with a membership model that creates a strong foundation of returning guests and recurring appointments.

You'll work in a beautiful, calming environment featuring:

You'll provide personalized massage experiences based on each guest's individual needs and wellness goals.

Services may include:

• Swedish Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Salt Stone Massage
• Prenatal Massage
• Customized massage services

• Recommend appropriate enhancements based on guest wellness goals, including services such as cupping and CBD
• Educate guests about wellness options and memberships
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room
• Complete simple SOAP notes
• Build relationships with guests
• Work alongside a supportive and professional spa team

We understand that Massage Therapy is physically demanding.

We offer:

• Typical shifts of approximately 5-6 hours
• A schedule generally equivalent to four or five 60-minute massages per shift

• Minimum 500 hours of massage therapy education
• MBLEx or qualifying national massage therapy examination
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Current City of Overland Park Massage Therapist License or eligibility to obtain one
• Ability to meet applicable City licensing, fingerprinting, and background requirements
