Functional Family Therapy Provider

We are seeking a Functional Family Therapy Provider to join our team.

Salary Range: $48,000 - $55,000 (Salary)

Bonus: $5,000 ($2,500 Sign-on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and the $2,500 Retention bonus will be paid after 12 months of service.)

We are seeking a Functional Family Therapy Provider to join our team. Your role will learn and apply the Evidence-Based Practice Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team. This position provides FFT services to youth and families to help improve their health, safety, and overall well-being. As a member of the Clinical Outpatient team, you will work with 5 other team members and report to our Clinical Manager - FFT.

• Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintaining a strength-based relational focus. Persistent outreach efforts may be required.
• Utilizes the CSS system to document services and to plan treatment according to the FFT model.
• Utilize other systems required, such as MyAvatar, to manage confidential client information.
• Responsible to provide FFT services for 10 - 12 families, primarily seen in-home on weekly basis.
• Monitors progress in treatment and adjusts the phase of treatment as indicated.
• Demonstrates fidelity to the FFT model by use of phase system.

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following:

• Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
• A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
