The Bilingual Patient Representative is responsible for providing exceptional front desk customer service while ensuring accurate registration, scheduling, and financial processes. As a Bilingual Patient Representative
, you will also assist with translating and facilitating communication between patients, technologists, radiologists, and clinic staff to ensure clarity and comfort throughout the imaging process.
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Bilingual Patient Representative to join our team at Overland Park
. The Bilingual Patient Representative will greet patients, manage scheduling, verify insurance, collect payments, and assist with language interpretation as needed within the clinic.
- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Register patients accurately in the electronic system
- Verify insurance eligibility and collect applicable copays or balances
- Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls
- Assist with translating conversations between patients and technologists
- Support communication between radiologists, technologists, and patients when language assistance is needed
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Communicate effectively with clinic staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Support overall front office operations and patient experience

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous healthcare, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
