, you will also assist with translating and facilitating communication between patients, technologists, radiologists, and clinic staff to ensure clarity and comfort throughout the imaging process.

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Bilingual Patient Representative to join our team at Overland Park
. The Bilingual Patient Representative will greet patients, manage scheduling, verify insurance, collect payments, and assist with language interpretation as needed within the clinic.

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Register patients accurately in the electronic system
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect applicable copays or balances
• Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls
• Assist with translating conversations between patients and technologists
• Support communication between radiologists, technologists, and patients when language assistance is needed
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Communicate effectively with clinic staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Support overall front office operations and patient experience

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
