Regional Patient Access Manager (RPAM)

• Provide field access support and education to HCPs to maximize patient access and accelerate time to treatment.
• Communicate with specialty/closed-door pharmacies and HUB partner to support U.S. marketed products.
• Maintain integrity of the pharmacy distribution network via vetting, approvals, denials, and removals within an assigned geography.
• Support HCPs with coverage issues for on-label prescriptions in process; educate on payer-specific coverage issues and company patient financial support programs.
• Serve as subject matter expert on payer coverage policies/processes; collaborate cross-functionally with sales, market access, analytics, and operations.
• Train HCPs on coverage policies, documentation requirements, appeals, and patient financial assistance programs.
• Support electronic Patient Access submissions (e.g., Cover My Meds ): payer criteria, PA, LMN, appeals, step edits, formulary exception requests, and case resolution.
• Communicate access opportunities/challenges to management; present payer insights at internal reviews and sales meetings.
• Conduct Patient Access workshops and assist with new hire training as needed.
• Uphold an effective, efficient specialty distribution network through monitoring.
• Other duties as assigned.

• BS/BA + 6+ years pharma/biotech commercial experience (2+ years specialty pharmacy/market access) OR Master's/MBA preferred + 4+ years OR PharmD/PhD + 2+ years.
• Strong specialty pharmacy/managed care/PBM/government payer knowledge and understanding of prescription adjudication.
• Ability to communicate payer criteria/prior authorization processes.
• Knowledge of patient support programs and current marketplace/healthcare system issues.
• Travel overnight up to 60%; roles geographically dispersed across the U.S.
• Excellent computer skills; strong communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking; strong project management; cross-functional teamwork.

• Annual base salary: $151,000-$206,000; target annual bonus 30% of earned base; equity long-term incentive eligibility; retirement match; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; paid caregiver/parental and medical leave; health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision).
