Licensed Clinical Social Worker; LCSW) Part Time

Sage Counseling Services supports older adults, caregivers, and families navigating aging, medical complexities, family conflict, grief, and loss. We are looking for a compassionate LCSW/LSCSW to join us as an Independent Contractor to provide high-quality, specialized care.

• Flexible part-time hours.
• Hybrid Model:
  Blend secure telehealth with local in-person sessions in Overland Park.

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and adjust interventions based on ongoing client evaluations.
• Maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation and a steady caseload.
• Refer clients to crisis intervention or case management as necessary.
• Participate in monthly peer supervision sessions.

• Education:
  
  Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Licensure:
  Active LCSW / LSCSW license in Kansas and/or Missouri
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with older adults and/or caregivers.
• Tech & Standards:
  Familiarity with telehealth platforms, NASW Code of Ethics, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Contractor Readiness:
  Must carry professional liability insurance.
