HR Coordinator to join our team in Olathe, KS. The Human Resources Assistant Coordinator position is an integral part of the HR team by assisting the department with the day-to-day operations. The HR Assistant Coordinator will work hand-in-hand with our HR Manager with all things related to Ranew's past, present and future employees.
Location: Olathe, KS Salary: TDB, starting pay is based on experience Job Type: Full-time (1st Shift)

HR Coordinator Responsibilities &
Qualifications:
- Administering tests, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and information.
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
- Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
