We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong HRIS Analyst I to support the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Human Resources Information Systems, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion HCM
.
This role serves as a key liaison between HR and IT, ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, compliance, and reporting excellence. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on Oracle Fusion experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging HR technology to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

- Serve as primary technical support resource for HR systems including Oracle Fusion HCM, Market Pay, and Qualtrics.
- Maintain and optimize system configurations to support HR operations.
- Troubleshoot system issues and partner with IT to resolve defects and implement enhancements.
- Support release management, testing, and deployment of new functionality.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports.
- Write queries and analyze data to support HR and leadership decision‑making.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate, validate, and present data.
- Participate in HRIS‑related projects including analysis, design, testing (UAT), implementation, and post‑go‑live support.
- Partner with HR and IT to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and job aids.
- Support HR initiatives through effective system configuration and reporting solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
* or* minimum of 7 years of related HRIS experience in lieu of degree. - Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on HRIS experience.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM required.
- Experience supporting additional HR systems such as Market Pay or Qualtrics preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, reporting).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for HR stakeholders.
