This isn't recruiting in a vacuum. You'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR leaders across our business, working consultatively to solve real talent challenges, not just filling seats.

And because TVH is a truly global company, you'll get exposure to leaders and teams well beyond Olathe, giving you a front-row seat to how talent strategy plays out on a global stage.

You’ll own your roles from the first intake conversation all the way to a signed offer, getting creative with sourcing, building genuine relationships with candidates, and ensuring every person who interacts with our process — hired or not — walks away with a great impression of TVH.

• Running the full recruiting show: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and a smooth handoff to onboarding
• Becoming the go-to talent advisor for your hiring managers — understanding not just the role, but the team and the culture around it
• Hunting down great candidates across Linked In Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and events
• Partnering with HRBPs on internal mobility and succession planning, so great talent doesn't just come from the outside
• Bringing fresh ideas and tools to the table to continuously level up how we recruit
• Getting out into the community (job fairs, campus recruiting, and local events) to build a pipeline for the future

• 2–5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, juggling multiple departments and levels with ease
• A natural knack for building relationships and consulting with stakeholders like a true partner
• Confidence sourcing and engaging passive candidates who aren't actively job-hunting
• Sharp organizational skills and a knack for prioritizing in a fast-moving environment
• A go-getter mentality, you take ownership, move with urgency, and don't wait to be told what's next
