Recruiting Coordinator

This position serves as the administrative backbone of the branch, providing support to recruiters, job seekers, employees, and customers throughout the hiring and onboarding process. Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of administrative, customer service, or office support experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Previous staffing, recruiting, or human resources experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Avionté
• Knowledge of employment onboarding processes and compliance documentation

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist callers professionally
• Welcome applicants, employees, customers, and visitors
• Assist candidates with applications, onboarding, and employment-related questions
• Schedule interviews, orientations, onboarding appointments, and hiring events
• Contact candidates regarding interview reminders and follow-up communication
• Post and update job advertisements on recruiting platforms
• Prepare candidate submittals and maintain applicant records
• Review employment applications for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate onboarding activities and employment documentation
• Verify I-9 documentation and monitor background checks, drug screenings, E-Verify requirements, and customer-specific compliance processes
• Audit and maintain electronic personnel files
• Update recruiting reports, branch metrics, and administrative records
• Support daily office operations and special branch projects
