Network Engineer

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills

• Cisco SDA
  : DNA Center, ISE integration, fabric onboarding, policy troubleshooting
• Cisco ACI
  : policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting, APIC, L2/L3 connectivity
• Palo Alto Firewalls
  : admin & troubleshoot PAN‑OS, Panorama, security policies, NAT, IPSec VPN, routing, VPN (IPSec, site‑to‑site, remote access), Panorama management, threat prevention profiles
• Enterprise Wireless Networks
  :
  Cisco/Aruba design, RF optimization, roaming, high‑density deployments
• IPSec VPNs
  : design, configure, troubleshoot, third‑party interoperability
• Infoblox DDI
  : DNS, DHCP, IPAM, grid management, failover, automation integration
• Hands‑on P1 Troubleshooting
  : complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains
• Packet Capture (Wireshark): real‑time capturing during live P1 calls

• Level 3 troubleshooting of advanced network issues, performing callbacks to ensure resolution and provide solutions in high‑pressure factory environment
• Investigate causes, test solutions, and suggest improvements to reduce ticket resolution time
• Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades
• Prioritize network support objectives and actively contribute to their accomplishment
• Lead and drive technical operational issues independently, engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting
• Assist level 1 & level 2 resources in addressing network related issues
• Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills for explaining complex technical issues
• Resourceful; work independently
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to multi‑task with shifting priorities

Salary Range: $90,000-$160,000 a year
