Working closely with our Applications Support team, you will be a key guardian of data integrity between Net Suite, Oracle Cloud WMS, Big Commerce, and our custom AWS applications.
This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of technology and business operations. Your primary mission is to identify system discrepancies, validate that data syncs are performing accurately, and work alongside stakeholders in Operations, Finance, and Marketing to turn their needs into a structured roadmap for our developers.
This role includes participation in a shared on‑call rotation to support 24/7 manufacturing and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
System sync & data validation- Integrity monitoring:
Perform regular checks to ensure data (orders, inventory, financial records) matches perfectly between Big Commerce, Net Suite, Oracle Cloud WMS, and custom AWS tools. - Issue identification:
Act as the "early warning system" for the technical team by identifying sync failures or data drifts. - Escalation management:
Once a technical issue is identified, document the symptoms and collaborate with the appropriate developers to see the resolution through to completion. - Post-transition validation:
As system modules are updated or migrated to new AWS infrastructure, serve as the primary validator to ensure "business as usual" data accuracy.
- Cross‑department liaison:
Support three primary internal pillars:
Operations (50%), Finance/Accounting (40%), and Marketing (10%). - Requirement gathering:
Meet with department leads to understand operational bottlenecks and translate those into clear, actionable requirements. - Backlog stewardship:
Maintain and prioritize the platform enhancement backlog, ensuring developers are working on the items that provide the highest value to the business. - UAT coordination:
Organize and lead User Acceptance Testing, ensuring that new features meet the original business requirements before they go live.
- Peer partnership:
Partner with fellow tech team members to learn the nuances of the Filter Easy tech stack and maintain internal documentation. - Rotational support:
Participate in a shared on‑call rotation with two other team members (expanding to a 4‑person rotation in 2027) to support 24/7 manufacturing and warehouse operations.

- Interpersonal skills:

Basic understanding of how data moves between systems (via middleware like Boomi or API‑based architectures). - Industry experience:
Background in e‑commerce, subscription services, or manufacturing/logistics is a major plus.
You'll be joining a team that values proactive problem‑solving and clear communication.
