The Implementation Specialist is primarily responsible for leading new client implementations, client contract changes, and internal or special projects. Each project relies on a customized plan that can include hands on training (remote or on‑site), consulting, data migration planning and action, customized workflows and processes (internal and client), client relationship management and overall project management.

- Plan and execute hands on training (remote or on‑site).
- Consult and plan data migration.
- Develop customized workflows and processes (internal and client).
- Manage client relationships and overall project management.
- Take responsibility for the project outcome and ensure success.
- Handle incoming project requests as part of a team of peers.
- Work with all internal teams and take on project responsibilities directly as needed.
- Must be able to lead multiple simultaneous projects or efforts with competing deadlines and challenges.
- Must be able to take personal responsibility for project outcomes to ensure success.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional ability to create clear and effective documentation.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with other teams and lead without direct reporting relationships.
- Must be able to learn new technology solutions, including independently researching new complex technical concepts or software and having consultative discussions with customers.
- Must be able to build collaborative relationships with clients and internal contacts.
- Must work well under pressure in a reactive, agile project‑based environment.
- 1‑2 years experience or certification related to project management or project coordination.
- 1‑2 years experience leading customer remote and/or on‑site training programs.
- 1‑2 years experience with information technology.
- Personal experience with legal services or litigation support.
- 1‑2 years Software experience or certification related to Relativity.
- 1‑2 years Software experience or certification related to eDiscovery collection, process, or review technology.
Associates are expected to participate in continuous personal development to meet new client and business opportunities. Potential for 5‑10% travel depending on client & project requirements.
CompensationThe Compensation range for this role is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
