Team Leader Cyber Security Endpoint​/Cloud - Garmin

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of a 3–5 member cybersecurity team, setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Architect and implement secure endpoint and cloud solutions, integrating with existing infrastructure and tooling.
• Guide engineers through complex implementation challenges, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align security initiatives with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, best‑practice guidelines, and incident response playbooks.

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on endpoint and cloud environments.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering secure, scalable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of security architecture, threat modeling, and secure design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with security tooling, automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
