Automation Tester – Tester III – Software Testing
Design, develop, and own end‑to‑end manual and automated tests for assigned releases.
The Opportunity- Create and maintain automation suites using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks
- Lead and coordinate testing activities for modules, owning quality gates and exit criteria
- Drive in‑sprint Agile testing and represent QE in sprint planning, estimation, and risk discussions
- Actively validate user stories within sprint, ensuring early detection
- Contribute to automation stability, optimization, and best practices
- Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self‑healing concepts)
- Define and optimize functional, regression and E2E execution strategies leveraging shared frameworks and cloud platforms
- 3–5 years experience with automation tools such as Selenium/Playwright, REST API; strong hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end digital flow testing and automation across mobile, web and bot applications. Must understand validation checks (auth, payments, order flow).
- Proficient in Java, C#, Python or Typescript; 2–4 years of programming experience.
- Knowledge of customer journey flows, middleware interactions, and backend integrations.
- Intermediate SQL knowledge (2–3 years).
- Intermediate experience with Appium (mobile automation) (2–3 years).
- Experience with Gitlab and CI/CD tools (2–3 years).
- Experience with Test Grid / Tosca automation (2–3 years).
- Expertise in manual testing (2–4 years) and transaction data analysis using SQL.
- Expert in Test Management tools: JIRA, Qtest (2–4 years).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Hybrid-Kansas | $59,000 – $89,000
