IT Project Manager

About the RoleThe Project Manager in PSI’s Project Management team is responsible for providing end-to-end project management for PSI’s general client implementations, including support with scoping, project design and implementation.
This is a permanent full-time role, with flexible working but core availability through Monday-Friday office hours. The role is performed hybrid at our Olathe, KS office (18000 W 105th St. Olathe, KS 66061), with occasional opportunities to travel for meetings, in-person workshops and delivery.
Role Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end project management.
- Scope project requirements.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and monitor progress.
- Implement features and functions for the projects using PSI applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop projects.
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor stakeholder management plans with internal and external teams.
- Highlight and manage potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and determine priorities.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a project manager in enterprise environments.
- Extensive experience with stakeholder management.
- Experience with onboarding, migrating, or implementing SaaS platforms.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
- Agile or Prince2 experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Proficiency in using web-based project management platforms like Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or MS Project.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems and HTML/CSS.
- Experience in the testing industry or assessment delivery platforms is a plus.
