Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Expert in implementing, and support Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).
• Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including:
  Security policies, NAT, routing, VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access), Panorama management and threat prevention profiles.
• Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high-density deployments.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third-party interoperability.
• Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration.
• Lead hands‑on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains.
• Real‑time packet capture skills to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls (Wireshark).

• Cisco ACI: APIC, EPGs, contracts, fabric health, L2/L3 connectivity.
• Palo Alto Firewalls: PAN‑OS, Panorama, security policies, IPSec VPN, NAT.
• Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer in a high pressure factory environments.
• Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network related tickets.
• Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.
• Understanding Network support priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them.
• Should be able to lead and drive technically the Operational issues on his own in a high pressure environment engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting.
• Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address the Network related issues.
• Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
• Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi‑task activities with shifting priorities.
