Business Analysis Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own consolidated base analytics for the Prepaid business across all prepaid brands
• Serve as the analytical backbone for the Steering team's forecasting and performance management processes
• Support the expansion of prepaid analytics capabilities
• Maintain the single, unified view of key prepaid performance metrics
• Enable consistent reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
• Deliver big insights and help leaders throughout the business make critical strategic and operational decisions
• Shape the long-term vision of T-Mobile
• Create customer‑centric recommendations informed by analysis
• Partner with the business to drive improvements in a matrixed environment
• Collaborate with marketing, product and platform teams on complex modeling and analysis requests
• Participate in the design and development of reporting structures & interfaces

• Bachelor's Degree in Data analysis, data science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)
• 4-7 years of working experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (Required)
• 4-7 years of working experience reporting and analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) (Required)
• 4-7 years of working experience in advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research (Required)
• Working experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred. (Preferred)
