Job Title

Responsibilities:

• 5-10 years’ experience
• Understanding of server/network hardware.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions from remote teams.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts for 24×7 coverage.
• Assist vendors or engineers with secure access to the datacenter.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware changes and asset tags.
• Rack and stack servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
• Connect/disconnect power and network cables.
• Perform basic diagnostics
• Replace faulty hardware components (disks, memory, power supplies)
• Cable management and labeling for compliance.
• Network patching and port verification.
• Power cycling and rebooting devices as instructed.
• Routine health checks on hardware and environmental conditions.
• Report any physical security or compliance violations immediately.
• Coordinate with remote teams for emergency troubleshooting.
• Cleanliness and safety standards in the datacenter.
