Garmin is seeking a full-time Product Support Specialist - Wearables at its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. You will provide basic technical customer support for Garmin consumer products via phone, email, chat and web posts, and escalate issues when necessary.
2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 12:30pm - 9:00pm. You will document work, stay current on product offerings, and collaborate with the team to meet goals while learning Garmin product specs.
