• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
• Prepare tax and title documents
• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
• Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder is paid before processing title applications
• Prepare the billing and Certificates of Origin for all dealer trade transactions
• Compile and maintain a detailed list of all outstanding title work, working with management and the controller to resolve any issues
• Stay abreast of title regulations
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Previous title experience preferred
