As Hardscape Specialist, you are responsible for managing a team up to 3 people while performing the delivery of services. Our clients trust us to provide quality services and you are key in helping us live out our values every day.
You are a proactive leader and self‑starter who can interact with the public and our employees. You have a strong work ethic and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have experience in landscaping and previous supervisory experience, as well as proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.
Specific Responsibilities- 2-5 years experience in the industry with a majority of the experience in hardscape installation.
- This includes walls, patios, and drainage related projects.
- Use of a laser level, skidsteer, and other grading related tools and strategies.
- Understanding of grading, excavation, and reading site and design plans.
- Positive friendly attitude

- Ability to lead a team through the installation process while understanding the client goals, project budget, and ongoing workflow.
- Sign on bonus paid at 90 days.
- Attends work on a regular, punctual, and dependable basis according to the work schedule.
- Utilizes any tools, equipment, vehicles and supplies in a responsible manner as per landscape safety training and experience.
- Proactively manage team to maximize job resources, including time, working with the Project Manager to deliver per the contract to meet client satisfaction.
- Proactively assists the Account Manager in identifying and resolving all customer service issues or concerns on a timely and proactive basis.
- Assists the Account Manager in monitoring the workplace and neutralizing any potential hazards that exist for Team members during the performance of their duties.
- Performs assigned work in a safe, expeditious, professional manner with honesty and integrity.
- In addition to hardscape projects, other tasks may include snow removal, and various other tasks related to the business.
- Work with team based on location. Currently, we work in Miami and Johnson Counties.
- Current and unrestricted driver's license with a clean record.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature.

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
