This role serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, crews, and internal team members, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service.

• Build and manage a personal book of business
• Conduct property inspections and assessments
• Meet with insurance adjusters as needed
• Present proposals and secure signed agreements

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle

• Prepare and manage estimates using company software (Accu Lynx)
• Oversee projects from start to finish
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials
• Monitor job site safety and quality standards
  
  Conduct final inspections to ensure customer satisfaction

• Review and create detailed project estimates
• Submit invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor billing and follow up as needed
