The global ERP program is underway, and strong local leadership is essential. This role is key to ensuring a smooth deployment without disrupting operations. You will be the primary connection point between leadership, business teams, and the global program.

• Lead end-to-end ERP deployment from design handover through go-live and stabilization
• Drive execution across testing, data readiness, training, and cutover
• Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders, program teams, and integration partners
• Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts across multiple work streams
• Identify and mitigate risks early to protect timelines and business continuity
• Champion change management and user adoption across the organization
• Ensure alignment with global milestones, KPIs, and standardized processes

• Proven success leading ERP implementations in complex, global environments
• Strong experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams, dependencies, and competing priorities
• Experience leading teams and holding others accountable to deliver

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years leading ERP deployments or large‑scale transformation initiatives
• Previous people leadership experience required

• Hybrid role based in Olathe, KS (4 days onsite expected)
• Up to 25% travel (primarily domestic, occasional international)
