ProjectManager – Doors, Frames, and Hardware
Location:
Olathe, KS. The DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager specializing in doors, frames, and hardware for the commercial construction industry. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure project objectives are met by specified dates and within budget. Duties will span projects ranging from data centers to schools and hospitals.
- Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allocation of available resources for the various phases of the project.
- Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice / troubleshooting.
- Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Proficient with Windows‑based programs, ERP/CRM systems, and strong Excel skills; experience with construction software such as Procore is highly preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
