• Lead day-to-day construction operations across multiple service lines.
• Manage and develop project managers, superintendents, and field teams.
• Improve accountability, communication, and operational consistency.

• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and expansion initiatives.
• Oversee project execution to ensure safety, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Construction operations, project management, or field leadership experience.
