Halfords is seeking an experienced Shift Manager for its Breakdown Support team at our Stafford Support Centre. In a 24/7 fast-paced environment you will lead Breakdown Advisors, ensuring calls are managed within SLA and service remains outstanding.
Your role focuses on coaching, performance management, and developing your team while aligning with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers. The position offers a 07:00–19:00, 4-on/4-off pattern at ULMS, Staffordshire Technology Park, Stafford.
