Be fully accountable for the profitable operation of a specific shift designated by the General Manager;
Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations including health, wage, age, ADA, and employment practices;
Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness;
Assist the General Manager in coordinating and implementing operational game plans and company initiatives;
Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under GM guidance;
Ensure required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate and completed on schedule;
Participate in Public Safety Foundation initiatives;
Represent Firehouse Subs professionally to stakeholders and communicate issues to the GM/Owner;
Ability to stand for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
