Responsibilities
- Develop integration strategy and execution plan for the FTI Productivity Advantage Program
- Lead and manage transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the VP of Operations
- Drive efficiencies by optimizing people, processes, and profitability through KPIs and Lean Construction practices
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and accountability across cross-functional teams
- Directs the initiation, coordination, and tracking of projects for assignment across the team
- Champion company culture and productivity initiatives, ensuring compliance with operational standards
- Collaborate on developing dashboards to track performance metrics and promote a high-performance culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related business field
- MBA is preferred
- 7 or more years of experience in construction operations, strategy, or consulting
- 5 or more years of business leadership experience
- Travel: 25-50%
