Be fully accountable for profitable operation of a specific shift as designated by the General Manager;
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including health, wage, and employment laws;
Provide leadership to the restaurant team to deliver superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness;
Assist the General Manager in coordinating and implementing operations game plans and company initiatives;
Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM;
Ensure all required programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate and completed on schedule;
Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional manner and communicate issues to the GM/Owner as needed;
Work on their feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
