We are seeking an accomplished, strategic, and relationship-driven

Corporate Director of Hospital Partnerships to lead the development, expansion, and management of hospital and health-system partnerships across the organization.

This executive-level leader will be responsible for building trusted relationships with hospital executives, health-system leadership, physicians, clinical stakeholders, and other strategic partners. The Director will identify opportunities for growth, develop partnership strategies, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful implementation and long-term performance of hospital partnerships.

The ideal candidate combines healthcare business development expertise, executive relationship management, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of hospital and health-system operations.

Key Responsibilities Hospital Partnership Development
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national or regional hospital partnership strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and cultivate relationships with hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Build relationships with C-suite and senior hospital executives, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs, and service-line leaders.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of strategic hospital partnership opportunities.
  • Lead partnership discussions from initial outreach through contract execution and implementation.
  • Develop compelling partnership proposals, presentations, business cases, and financial models.
Strategic Account Management
  • Serve as a senior corporate relationship leader for key hospital and health-system partners.
  • Establish executive-level relationships and maintain ongoing engagement with strategic accounts.
  • Develop account plans designed to increase partnership value, retention, growth, and long-term collaboration.
  • Monitor partnership performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and resolve escalated issues.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure partners receive a high-quality experience and agreed-upon services.
Contracting & Negotiations
  • Lead or support negotiations involving partnership agreements, service agreements, strategic affiliations, and other commercial arrangements.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, clinical, compliance, and executive leadership throughout the contracting process.
  • Ensure partnership structures support organizational objectives while delivering measurable value to hospital partners.
Growth & Business Development
  • Research healthcare-market trends, competitive activity, hospital strategies, and emerging partnership opportunities.
  • Develop innovative partnership models that address the evolving needs of hospitals and health systems.
  • Establish measurable business-development goals, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Track pipeline activity, conversion rates, partnership revenue, and other key performance indicators.
  • Represent the organization at healthcare conferences, industry events, executive meetings, and other strategic forums.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and operational teams to translate partnership opportunities into successful programs.
  • Facilitate alignment between hospital partners and internal clinical, operational, technology, finance, and marketing teams.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for hospital-partner needs and external advocate for the organization's capabilities.
  • Provide regular executive-level reporting on pipeline, partnership performance, market opportunities, and risks.
