Network Engineer

This role is directly tied to high‑impact business deliverables, and any delay will significantly affect ongoing operations.

• DNA Center, ISE integration
• Fabric onboarding and advanced troubleshooting
• Policy model, APIC, EPGs, contracts
• Fabric health and L2/L3 connectivity
• Security policies, NAT, routing
• Panorama management & threat prevention

• RF optimization

• DNS, DHCP, IPAM

• Strong foundation in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, multicast

• Serve as Level 3 escalation for advanced network troubleshooting in a high‑pressure, production‑critical environment
• Perform detailed root‑cause analysis and recommend long‑term fixes
• Manage and maintain network hardware, software, and upgrades
• Lead real‑time troubleshooting during P1 incidents involving multiple stakeholders
• Mentor and support Level 1 & Level 2 engineers
• Ensure timely resolution of network tickets with high‑quality customer communication
• Demonstrate strong understanding of routing, switching, wireless, and security technologies
• Work independently with excellent time‑management and attention to detail
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving operational environment
