What You Will Achieve

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to perform various functions of a highly repetitive nature while maintaining concentration on tasks
  • Proven capability to understand and follow written procedures
  • Ability to work independently or in groups effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
  • The capability to aseptically gown
  • The capability to focus attention on the line’s performance and adherence to aseptic behaviors and operational procedures that, in turn, leads to higher than normal performance.
  • Ability to hold self and others accountable and to encourage colleagues to take personal responsibility for their performance/actions
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated aptitude to execute aseptic techniques to a high degree of proficiency
  • Must be able to work in conditions with exposure to inks, solvents, heat, steam, solvents and most product solutions.
  • Must be able to read and write and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Must be able to communicate and work well interdepartmentally, as well as with all plant departments.
  • Required to do frequent lifting of 15‑20 pounds and occasional lifting in excess of 25 pounds.
  • Vision must be correctable to 20/20.
  • Satisfactory performance and attendance is required.
  • Must be capable of performing data entry into calculators and computers
Other Job Details

Salary range: $23.40 – $39.01 per hour (United States – Kansas – McPherson). This position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday, and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the company’s policies. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with Pfizer matching contributions, additional retirement savings contribution, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage).

Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
