Position Summary
This role operates and monitors production equipment, adheres to standard operating procedures and GMP, ensures accuracy of paperwork, documents production and quality information, and supports continuous improvement to enhance quality and throughput.
Responsibilities- Operates and monitors production equipment by following standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ensures all paperwork is accurate.
- Documents and records production and quality information.
- Operates and troubleshoots state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and systems using automated and manual controls.
- Communicates any problems or concerns to management.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining process and equipment performance data to improve quality and throughput.
- Operates and cleans equipment to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
- Communicates mechanical and operational issues.
- Operates equipment at recommended speeds.
- Monitors all products to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
- Adheres to all safety procedures and guidelines, including using personal protective equipment and operating machinery safely.
- Reports any hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents.
- Actively participates in safety trainings and drills.
- Maintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of all safety protocols.
- Maintains awareness of surroundings to ensure own safety and the safety of others.

- Manufacturing or production environment experience.
