Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7a-3:30p (40 hours)

Responsibilities:

• Build boxes to comply with shipping requirements

• Load merchandise into van or truck

• Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on Packing Slip with
Purchase Order to verify accuracy of shipment

• Sorts, counts, packages, labels, ensures, unpacks, and processes receipts for incoming property

• Correctly match paperwork to outbound property

• Provide received Safety Data Sheets to safety

• Work extended hours and overtime, including weekends, as required by the work schedule and
production needs

• Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality
improvement objectives and standards

• Maintains safe and clean work environment, maintaining compliance with established policies
and procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
