All US, ISC, touch labor roles are eligible for the Subco Bonus Program: XX3k

• XX1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance.

• XX1k at 60 days

• XX1k at 90 days

** to get 60- and 90-day bonus, worker must have received 14-day bonus.

This role combines production support with shipping and receiving responsibilities. The FAA Production Worker will handle incoming units, verify documentation, and process items through SAP. While primarily administrative, the role includes light physical handling of units and requires attention to detail and basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming units; verify details in SAP.

• Match physical paperwork with system records for accuracy.

• Process units via induction or outside processing workflows.

• Perform light lifting (units typically ~5 lbs; standard up to 25 lbs).

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures.

• Support production and logistics teams as needed.

Preferred Skills &

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Basic computer proficiency; SAP experience is a plus but not required.

• Comfortable with light physical tasks in a primarily administrative role.

• Entry-level friendly; training provided.

Work Environment &

Physical Requirements:

• Light lifting (generally up to 25 lbs).

• Moderate exposure to machinery, chemicals, and physical risks.

• May operate powered industrial trucks depending on task requirements.

Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to a supervisor or manager. This role follows established guidelines and does not typically require independent decision-making.

TIME KEEPING
Worker will utilize TWB for weekly time reporting. Supplier should register in Fieldglass on behalf of worker as he/she will not need access to this system.
