Shift: 2nd Shift: 2:45pm – 11:15pm with daily and weekend overtime as needed.

Pay: $31.00 per hour plus $2.00 shift differential.

The position will be responsible for setting up, forming, inspecting, labeling, and sorting parts in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. The position may assume additional duties as assigned. The successful incumbent will be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions well, and work well in a team atmosphere.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous shake and/or brake experience preferred.

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to plan work and select proper tools.
• Ability to compare and accurately determine difference in size, shape, and form of objects.
• Ability to apply shop mathematics to solve problems.
• Ability to set up machines.
• Ability to correctly and safely use hand tools (both manual and pneumatic).
• Ability to read a tape measure in metric and imperial standards and protractors.
• Ability to read effectively from a paper copy.
• Ability to work within precise limits and/or standards of accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to follow and understand directions.

• Lifting up to 100 pounds; 100+ pounds with assistance.
• Sitting, standing, walking, bending, grasping, pushing, pulling, crawling, climbing, twisting, reaching, working at heights, and using a ladder as required.
• Ability to use both hands overhead.
• Perform repetitive motions.
• Plant environment with potential exposure to all types of weather, including excessive heat, excessive cold, and excessive noise.
