ISC Production Supervisor

Job Overview

You will report directly to our Senior Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Olathe, KS location onsite on 1st shift. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our production operations, contributing to the overall success of Honeywell by ensuring that products are repaired on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee daily repair and overhaul (R&O) activities, ensuring alignment with production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor R&O technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in processes.

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or production supervision.
• Strong knowledge of repair and overhaul or manufacturing processes and production management.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Ability to analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a repair and overhaul or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
