2nd Shift: 4:30pm - 1:00am with daily and weekend OT as needed.

Base pay: $27.00 per hour.

Shift differential: $2.00 per hour.

The position will be responsible to find work orders and ensure to use correct material and set‑up to produce a quality part. The successful incumbent will be detail oriented, able to follow instructions well, and work well in a team atmosphere.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Previous experience in operating a threader is preferred but not required

• Ability to read from paper instructions
• Ability to adapt to change and flex work at appropriate times to support production needs
• Ability to safely and effectively choose and operate hand tools (manual, pneumatic, and electrical)
• Ability to read a tape measure in metric and imperial standards
• Ability to plan work and select correct chasers
• Ability to compare and accurately determine difference in size, shape, and form of objects
• Ability to work within precise limits and/or standards of accuracy
• Ability to multi‑task
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to follow and understand directions

• Lifting up to 50 pounds; 50+ pounds with assistance
• Sitting, standing, walking, bending, grasping, pushing, pulling, crawling, climbing, twisting, reaching, working at heights, and using a ladder as required
• Ability to use both hands overhead
• Perform repetitive motions
• Plant environment with potential exposure to all types of weather, including excessive heat, excessive cold, and excessive noise
