Summer Help – Associate Material Handler
June 8th – Mid August
Location – Olathe, KS, 66022

Schedule:

1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm (M-F)
Pay: $18 an hour

We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Associate Material Handlers for the summer season. You will perform and complete basic material handling essential functions with a focus on understanding and meeting productivity and accuracy goals.

• Assisting with the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products.
• Operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Performing inventory counts and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.

• You must be 18+ years of age.
• The ability to read, write, and speak English.
• High School Diploma, GED or 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrate the ability to match part numbers.
• Demonstrate the ability to enter data within systems.
• Basic proficiency in navigating the Internet and/or computer systems to locate information.

You must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires frequent standing and walking, repetitive motion, and use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead. Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur. You must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally.

Team lifting or material handling equipment is required for items over 50 pounds.
