Production Material Handler (Forklift & Inventory Specialist)

Shift Opportunity
* 2nd Shift Available
* Earn an additional shift differential for working 2nd shift
What You'll Do
As a Production Material Handler, you'll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and safely.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Read job tickets to determine raw material needs for production lines
* Deliver and stage materials at the correct machines on time
* Receive, organize, and stock finished product in designated areas
* Rotate inventory (FIFO) to ensure proper usage and minimize waste
* Maintain clean, organized aisles and work spaces (5S standards)
* Monitor materials, processes, and equipment for efficiency and quality
* Communicate production issues and support problem-solving efforts
* Follow all safety protocols and immediately address unsafe conditions
* Support quality control standards and internal audit processes
What You Bring
* High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
* Basic math and computer skills
* Strong organization, time management, and decision-making ability
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
* Ability to operate powered industrial equipment
* Positive attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Physical Requirements
* Frequently stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
* Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
* Occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing
* Work in a production environment with noise, movement, and visual activity
* Ability to see, hear, and respond to equipment, alarms, and surroundings
