We are seeking a Press Brake Operator to join our Fabrication Team in this customer-focused industry. A successful Press Brake Operator at WEBCO MFG is both Efficient and Precise, fabricating parts from sheet metal to meet customer specifications and expectations.

Job duties:

* Produce parts which meet customer specifications, setting up the machine, deciding which brake dyes to use, reading, and interpreting blueprints and bending deducts.

* Ensure correct materials are used on each job by verifying materials prior to beginning production.

* Ensure parts are fabricated correctly by performing the first piece check and submitting it to quality assurance for inspection prior to running the entire job.

* Ensure efficient and timely processing of various job orders by organizing work to be performed according to complexity, materials used, anticipated completion time, etc.

* Ensures safe and efficient brake operation by performing daily maintenance and minor repairs on machine, observing safety standards, and by notifying supervisor when major repairs and needed.

* Other responsibilities as required.

Skills/Requirements:

* Has operated a Trumpf, Amada, or Cincinnati Brake Press

* Can work Fri-Sun 9am-930pm (Work 36 hrs, paid for 40 hrs)

* 1 year minimum experience operating a brake or equivalent experience

* Strong attention to detail and efficiency
