Skills/Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience leading a team of 10+ personnel
* Strong Leadership and coaching skills
* Certified Welding Supervisor Certificate Preferred
Job duties:
* Directly oversee a Weld production department, 5-10 total employees
* Ensure the Weld production team works in a safe and efficient manner.
* Meets Weld team production goals.
* Ensure all quality specifications are met and maintained.
