2nd Shift (3p-11p). Earn an additional shift differential for working 2nd shift.

As a Production Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and safely.

• Read job tickets to determine raw material needs for production lines
• Deliver and stage materials at the correct machines on time
• Receive, organize, and stock finished product in designated areas
• Rotate inventory (FIFO) to ensure proper usage and minimize waste
• Maintain clean, organized aisles and work spaces (5S standards)
• Monitor materials, processes, and equipment for efficiency and quality
• Communicate production issues and support problem‑solving efforts
• Follow all safety protocols and immediately address unsafe conditions
• Support quality control standards and internal audit processes

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong organization, time management, and decision‑making ability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment
• Positive attitude in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

• Frequently stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Work in a production environment with noise, movement, and visual activity
• Ability to see, hear, and respond to equipment, alarms, and surroundings
