General Production Associate, Manufacturing

Olathe, KS (20200 W 167th St, Olathe, KS )

Schedule:

Mon - Fri, 4:30pm to 12:30am

Hourly wage: $20.80 - $26.00, plus possible premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.

• Operate and monitor production equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and document production/quality information.
• Troubleshoot state-of-the-art machinery using automated and manual controls.
• Communicate problems or concerns to management and maintain process data for continuous improvement.
• Operate and clean equipment to maximize throughput and minimize downtime; run equipment at recommended speeds.
• Monitor products to ensure quality standards and efficiency targets are met.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including PPE usage, safe machinery operation, hazard reporting, and participation in safety trainings and drills.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and contribute to safety protocol improvement.
• Respect company policies, procedures, and ethical standards and apply them in business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using available resources and collaboration, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
• Adapt to change and learn from feedback.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), GMP, OSHA, and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements.

• Prior experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
