Position SummaryEnsures that all material boxes are scanned correctly, no errors are made, and safety procedures are followed while handling raw material boxes. Resolves problems encountered during scanning and communicates effectively with team members and supervisors about discrepancies. Works within company policies and ethical standards, collaborates with managers and co‑workers to prioritize and execute tasks, and recommends improvement opportunities. Demonstrates respect for individuals, teamwork, and integrity, prioritizing customer delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Ensures that all material boxes are scanned correctly and that no errors are made.
- Understands and adheres to all safety procedures for using scanners and handling raw material boxes; resolves any problems encountered during the scanning process.
- Communicates effectively with other team members and supervisors, especially in case of any issues or discrepancies.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

- Knowledge of hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP).
