Ranew's Companies is seeking experienced Production Associates to join our team in Olathe, KS.
Production Associates are responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the production floor to support manufacturing operations. They work under supervision, rely on specific direction and instructions, and complete their duties safely and efficiently.

Production Associate Responsibilities
- Perform production tasks as assigned by supervisors in accordance with quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Complete pre-shift equipment inspection checklists and report concerns.
- Maintain production records as required.
- Support team members and assist in meeting daily production targets.
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery as required.
- Report any equipment issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
