Starting Pay:
- Operator in Training: $20 plus night shift differential with a $3 completion of training bonus
- CNC Machine Operator: starts at $26 plus night shift differential
- CNC Machinist: starts at $30 plus night shift differential
Paid training for mechanically inclined individuals with little or no CNC experience

Available Schedules:
- Night Shift A-Nights:
Sunday-Tuesday & every other Wednesday | 6:00 PM-6:30 AM (+$2/hr) - B-Nights:
Thursday-Saturday & every other Wednesday | 6:00 PM-6:30 AM (+$4/hr)
What You'll Do:
- Operate precision CNC machining equipment after training
- Load materials and monitor machining operations
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools
- Perform deburring and quality checks
- Read work instructions and maintain production standards
- Help manufacture complex aerospace components used around the world
What We're Looking For:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing, machining, automotive, maintenance, military, or technical experience is a plus
- Experience with CNC machining, milling, FANUC controls, calipers, or micrometers is helpful but not required
- Reliable work history and interest in building a long-term career
- ITAR Requirement:
Due to federal regulations, applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
