What you'll do...

Job Description

* Work with the Production Scheduler to develop weekly production plans and ensure the appropriate materials are available to support production lines.

* Lead, coach, and develop Shift Supervisors while monitoring plant performance to ensure daily operations meet production targets and business objectives.

* Partner with the Maintenance team to establish work priorities and identify production-area work windows for maintenance activities.

* Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to support associate-driven improvement initiatives focused on enhancing production performance.

* Ensure all production areas, facility equipment, and personnel comply with Safety and Food Safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment, produce wholesome products, and ensure audit readiness.

* Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by:

* Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

* Supporting plans and initiatives that meet customer and business needs.

* Identifying and communicating goals and objectives.

* Building accountability and measuring progress toward achieving results.

* Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
