Table Welder / Press Brake Operator - Up to $23/hr | Hiring Immediately

We are looking for a Table Welder / Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. In this role, you'll work with metal fabrication equipment to cut, bend, drill, and shape metal parts. If you have experience in a machine shop, fabrication shop, or welding environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and advance your career.

• Operate press brakes, laser cutting machines, and other fabrication equipment.
• Set up machines and make adjustments as needed for production.
• Bend, form, and shape metal parts according to specifications.
• Drill, tap, and machine holes in metal components.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and work orders to complete jobs accurately.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with fabrication and welding teams to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

• Experience operating press brakes, laser cutters, or similar fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform machine setups and basic troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Metal fabrication
• CNC machine operation
• Welding shop environments
• Drill press operation
• Press brake setup and operation
• Stainless steel fabrication
• Flux core welding processes
• General machine shop work

• Non-climate-controlled fabrication and welding shop.
• Work with metal fabrication equipment, including press brakes, laser cutters, and drill presses.
• Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Required use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures.
• Multiple shift options available.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OLATHE, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
